MUSCLE BATTERY JUICE

Like North Koreans stores weapons of mass destruction in silos for their day of world annihilation (fat chance with you around), insulin stores glucose and fructose in muscle cells or the liver, in which it's then called glycogen. Muscle glycogen not only serves as fuel for those biceps you were beating on with hammer curls earlier, but helps recuperation and the rebuilding of the muscle fibers. Think muscle glycogen as the "stuffing” that gives those biceps more size, and the cavities where insulin tucks away the muscle food as muscle glycogen storage. Any surplus glucose (and especially fructose) not claimed by some bodily process is converted to fat in a process we all fondly remember as phosphofructokinase.

Interestingly enough, it takes less insulin to drive glucose into fat cells than muscle cells, which is probably why fruit has such a bad reputation among dieters.

However, I'm not trying to villianize fruit or insulin. Insulin is not the enemy, and it's not responsible for making us fat. Over-eating and improper food choices are the cause of fat storage. Insulin is of utmost importance for overall development of the body - we need this powerful and anabolic hormone to build and repair muscle and distribute the energy we need to function. But anything over and above is stored as fat. Satisfying cravings for sugary foods begets more cravings for sugary foods, ad infinitum. It's easy to see how our weight can get out of control.

The Keto-Fu ketogenic phase is about tightly controlling when and how much insulin is secreted because we aim to build muscle and lose the lard, a tricky but very possible proposition.

You’re probably wondering why you’re learning this stuff. The Keto-Fu Plan fat loss “hacks” are generally based on a carbohydrate-restrictive diet, right? For the most part, but swearing off carbohydrates like a pack of cigarettes on New Years Eve is neither a realistic goal nor what we’re trying to achieve. Carbs are not evil, but they are overly plentiful in our foods.

CHEAT WITH CARBOHYDRATES

Studies shows consuming a diet high in omega 3 and supplement with high dosages of vitamin E (900 IU) increases glycogen storage in the muscles. Larger glycogen stores means ingested carbohydrates (even junk food) are more likely to be converted into energy at some point then deposited into the belly bank.

To help insulin shuttle more glucose into muscles, take glucose regulating supplements chromium (200 mcg) and apple cider vinegar along with your meal. Toxicity is unlikely, even with higher dosages of chromium (as it is doesn't absorb easily and often gets lost in the urine) but keep dosages within 200 mcg and never exceed 1000 mcgs in a given day. And of course, always consult your doctor regarding supplements you want to try and already take.

INTRODUCING THE "FREAKENDER"

Want to look like Superman at the beach, or run a local 10k race like Flash Gordon? “The Freakender” Glycogen Supercompensation Carb-Load will give you the ultimate advantage. It's a three stage system used by bodybuilding pros right before a competition and top marathon runners before a 26.2. It's the Nutrient Loading phase in it's most extreme mutation and taken to it's ultimate conclusion. There's no counting calories on “The Freakender” (unless you're so compelled) and no workouts at the gym. Eat and get big, that's it. Watch your muscles swell beyond their normal size and feel your strength multiply.

However, before you go any further, a warning: ”The Freakender” is not recommended for dainty little princesses looking to lose five pounds before the prom. The very nature and purpose of the glycogen supercompensation glycogen-load is to increase muscle size and make you look bigger and thicker – not a desirable quality for most women. If you want to look smaller, use the Keto-Fu diet and forego the Freakender. It won't make you smaller, but bigger everytime!

Find out the three steps of The Freakender Supercompensation Carb-Load, complete with workout plan.

Read my own diary and see how I packed on 13 lbs of muscle in only 48 hours and got stronger than a moose in heat!

With all that extra strength from the Freakender, what'd you gonna do? KUNG-FU! Learn how to get a kung-fu grip!
